Memories of a Burning Body is a beautiful docu-drama that won the Panorama award at Berlin (2024) and is Costa Rica’s nomination for Best International Film at the 2025 Oscars. Available digitally.
In his career before Metis, Ben released arthouse hits such as Nightcrawler, Mr, Turner, and I, Daniel Blake, record breaking horror film Talk To Me, and awards winners Spotlight, 12 Years A Slave and 1917. Working with Netflix and Apple he also released The Killer, Maestro, and Flora and Son. Most recently he’s completed a consulntancy at Mubi where he released their biggest ever film The Substance and Queer amongst others.
